Greetings Iyah..me glad yah bring dis subjeck up..me nah know or overstand why no body a post de scrips de breddah got right, but I woman will
1 thessalonians 4:16-18:
"For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God, and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words."
it is firstly Jesus who will come from heaven, NOT SELASSIE. Selassie belief in de trinity an de rapture, an was confident dat he would rise in christ as the ones first dead in christ if he died an if he had lived, then he would be raptured in the last days..the last days are widely held as these days in the biblical scheme of tings...funny most Rasta nah belief in Selassie being in heaven nuh true? so how could dem belief dat Selassie a come from heaven an rapture INI if him nah dere? jus a likkle more youd fe thoutht..
