To I personally that is a good way to look at it... and the same way when me read a history book I am analyzing and questoning if these things are really true, checking documentation, looking for other viewpoints and interpretations, anlyzing who is the authors and what their agenda might be... is the same way I read the bible. Not just taking everything at face value and following everything literally. If you tried to follow everything in the bible literally you would end up with nuff confusion anyway... throwing stones whilst turning your cheek... Also it seems that parts of the Bible have been taken/adopted from earlier sources like Egyptian Book of the Dead (where you will find analogues of both the ten commandments and the lord's prayer)... well I guess I just saying we have to dig beneath the surface. The Bible is one tool to help lead you towards the truth, in itself it is not the complete truth. In my humble opinion. Raspek, Peace and Love, G-Man "The AntiFed"
