I think that in other post you confuse me with other person. My identity only changed from Ras André to Ras Mandingo. I have only one identity and I was born and still live in Brasil.
I lived in London for two years were I was introduced to Rastafari. The Indian story is true. My ancestros are Indians (Tupí), but also Yorubá (Africans) and Arabs (Portuguese).
In London my Landlady said first time she saw me "Oh , you're brown!!!!!"
And I never thought about myself like that.
In the school people start to ask if I was lebanese.
Was the first time the race story envolved me.
