Make History On The Internet and WIN $400
In an effort to promote genuine dialogue among various American ethnic groups concerning the problems of racism in the 21st century, Barutiwa.com, Inc. a subsidiary of Barutiwa Communication Media Link, Corp. is developing a series of innovative promotions designed to bring controversy to its "Whites Only" message board. Beginning on Monday, January 14, 2002 and ending on July 15, 2002 Barutiwa's Whites Only forum will award three of the most prolific and profound participants with cash as a central method in demonstrating our seriousness in developing forums that really help Americans come closer together. During the early days of the World Wide Web, certain corners of the African-American realm of cyberspace really believed that new media would emerge as the most cost effective way for minorities to champion their voice. Barutiwa.com is one of the African-American entities that is holding on to such paradigms. The World Wide Web is a great sales and marketing tool for those who know how to use it. Any idea, philosophy, paradigm or belief can be mass marketed to the billions of peoples who are connecting to the web on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. In the 21st century, our premise is that the next mass movement and mobilization of people will have its origins on the internet be it social, commercial, or political.
Participate in Barutiwa's Whites Only Message Board
Last year, the Whites Only forum was one of the most active message boards hosted by Barutiwa.com. Between April and August of 2001 more than 1,200 messages were posted to the un-moderated board. Unfortunately due to abuse our administrators were compelled to moderate the board in order to maintain the forum's decency and integrity.
Rule #1: In order to Win one of our cash prizes participants must not use foul language, nor make threats directed toward other contributors to the topic under discussion.
Rule #2: The Whites Only forum is a moderated message board. Our administrator and moderator will read every post. Off-topic postings, spam messages and pornographic material will be deleted.
Rule #3: All participants must register before posting. To register you must create a User Profile and provide a valid email address. Our server will send an encrypted password to the email address you provided for confirmation. By registering no one will be able to post under your name. Furthermore, you must use your password every time you post to the board.
Rule #4: If you are a winner of 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes you must provide us with a photo, current mailing address, telephone and brief biographical sketch of yourself. All winners will be announced in a press release distributed by EndeavorLink.
Rule #5: Anyone can participate. Anyone can win. We don't care if you are Black, White, Brown, Yellow, Red, or Mixed Race. We welcome all to participate in this opportunity to make history on the internet.
How To Win
Winners will be decided based on how many quality messages contributed to a thread initiated by our moderator. The most original and innovative messages will make a stronger impression than messages filled with fluff.

2nd Place is $100
3rd Place is $50
Barutiwa.com is the largest African-American owned dotcom in Cincinnati, Ohio boasting more than 60,000 verifiable hits per month. We are proud to be the only minority owned dotcom granting a genuine voice to Whites and particularly the "Angry White Male." In our opinion, as America become more and more a true melting pot there will be a need for honest discussions on race related issues. We hope our Whites Only message board become a major reference for such discussions.
