Re: Female Buffalo Soldier
In Response To: Female Buffalo Soldier ()

Peace Roots Womb(man)...
Some look on the history of the buffalo soldiers with pride but I look on it with a great sadness... how the white man used we to kill out the 'Indian' them... same way they used certain 'Indian' to chase down the runaway slaves... divide and conquer, pure wickedness.
Is not a dis to the soldiers dem because me know like Bob say dem was only fighting for survival. Pawns in a game...
By the way, have you heard of the Buffalo Soldier camps, these are boot camp type places they send so-called 'out of control' youth to. There was a case where the guys in charge of the camp abused this kid until he died, they made him eat mud and all kinda skunt... very very sad. I can't remember where it was but it was some desert place like Arizona or somewhere, happened about a year ago.
The buffalo soldiers had very limited choices and cannot be blamed for what they were used to do. But in this day and time I say any Black man or woman that want to join these guys' army is a damn fool... maybe not a fool, but ignorant of history... is like a Jew joining Hitler army.
