Re: New Ageism??
In Response To: Re: New Ageism?? ()

Guess what. Whether ones practice Santeria (and these ones regard themselves as christian, often, by the way) or follow Mme. Blavatsky is completely irrelevant to me. Neither of these groups worship Satan by the way, though you would probably not agree.
I'll tell you sis fe true where I tolerance does not extend because these matters so near and dear to I heart: I tolerance does not extend to those who turn our mighty Judeo-Christian-Rasta tradition into an idolatrous mess and challenge Idrens and Idrens in pointless debate about the divinity of Selassie-I: to I this is the heights of disrespect no matter how much the sis may protest and approach with sweet words. In all I reasonings with the sis, you never have once answered a single question of mine, so I repeat: Jesus called John 'Elijah.' Was this a metaphor as your post stated, and if so, do you now approve of approaching scripture metaphorically rather than literally? If you do, the sis and I may find some common ground yet.
