In case you havent heard, because of course this type of information doesnt jump on the headline news, Mumia was taken off of death row. His case is now in appeal and his lawyer is moving to get him a new sentencing. This must be done with 90 days or else he remains in jail for the rest of his life. At least, they wont kill him off.
