His Son Amha Selassie Asfa Woosen(who passed away in Washington DC, now laying at rest in Trinity Catherdral Addis Ababa)and his son Zere Yacob who resides in Manchester England. I do not have the quote in front of me but I am 100% sure this was the decree of His Imperial Majesty.
