His Majesty's views on herb...

Blessed Love,

I am wondering what my Idren's views are on the fact that marijuana was illegal in Ethiopia during the reign of His Majesty, and remained illegal even after the rewriting of the Constitution at His Majesty's decree. Do you feel that this contradicts InI views of marijuana as being an important and allowable means of medicine, meditation, and/or recreation (or however you may use it)? If JAH thought it was necessary for man to make use of, would He have made it legal for Ethiopians under His reign?

Give thanks.
