I'm thinking that your real question is, How do i know that they haven't been opened yet? Well, the Lamb hasn't been slain yet so therefore he hasn't opened the seven seals. The next BLACK Friday is the day that the Lamb will be slain, and from then you can expect the seven seals to be opened.
Daniel 9:26 - At the end of the 62 weeks the Messiah will be cut off. The same Messiah is the Lamb. After he is slain the last seven years begins.
